The Central Terminal Restoration Corporation is the organizational engine, driving all aspects of this momentous project. Amplifiers of the people’s interests and guardians of this living landmark, our leadership is strategic, determined, and boldly rising to the challenge of skepticism— changing the doubt of “this will never happen” to the firm belief that “this is already happening.” 

Our planning started with YOU. Rooted in community, we spoke our neighbors and supporters across the region to envision a new future for the Buffalo Central Terminal. Next we set out to develop a path forward for stabilization and development. Working with architects, engineers, and planners we developed an in-depth understanding of the current condition of the building and used this analysis to devise a strategic, phased plan for capital improvements.
