Buffalo Common Council Approves Key Deal to Unite and Redevelop Central Terminal Campus
BUFFALO, N.Y. — A major milestone has been reached in the ongoing efforts to revitalize Buffalo’s historic Central Terminal. The Buffalo Common Council has approved a pivotal Designated Developer Agreement (DDA), allowing the Central Terminal Restoration Corporation (CTRC) to begin work on city-owned land and further unify the sprawling 33-acre campus.
