Now that the Slow Roll is re-imagined and reopened  – they move to the Buffalo Central Terminal for a free and inclusive community bike ride spotlighting the City of Buffalo’s 311 Call and Resolution Center, whose mission is “to provide citizens with access to City services, City information and non-emergency police services with the highest possible levels of customer service and satisfaction.” As Slow Roll uses this service to report issues along every route we ride such as potholes, debris and missing street signs, we’ll show how easy it is to use 311 and how to hold City Hall accountable for responding to citizen concerns about the conditions of our streets.
