Influenced by the likes of Jill Scott\, Nina Simone\, Nat King Cole\, and Patsy Cline\, Curtis manages to form a new sound that signifies bravery\, growth\, and authenticity. Curtis Lovell began singing at the ripe age of 4 years old when her mother realized that her child had the gift of perfect pitch. Once she was entering high school\, she began to take her hobby seriously as she pulled from her life experiences\, wins\, and losses\, to find her signature sound and style. \nGeorge Caldwell is a pianist / arranger / composer / actor from Buffalo\, New York with over 40 years of experience in the creative industry. He has been called “a true master of the piano and the consummate musician. Every note he plays vibrates with originality and carries a true sense of what this music is all about………..”SWINGIN’ WIT’ SOUL!!!” by professional trumpet player and jazz professor Derrick Gardener. George Caldwell has played venues that range from the likes of Carnegie Hall (NYC)\, Stockholm Concert Huset (Stockholm) \, and Jazz Club Toile (Paris) to local favorites like the AKG Summer Jazz Series. \n
