2012 Tour Schedule
The Central Terminal Restoration Corporation has added additional tours for 2012. Come learn about the history and architecture of Buffalo Central Terminal. Reservations are recommended but not necessary, by writing in to questions@buffalocentralterminal.org or leave a message at (716)810-3210 with your name and number of people in your party, and date/time desired. You will not receive a confirmation of reservation unless specified date/time is unavailable. A designated donation per person will be collected at the door, cash, check or credit.
Historic and Architectural Tours: $10/person May 20th, June 10th, June 24th, July 8th, July 22nd, August 5th, August 19th, September 2nd, & September 16th. All tours start at 11 am and are approximately 2 hours in length. Wheelchair access available.
2012 Friends Only Tour will begin at 11am on Sunday September 23rd. Become a friend by clicking here.
13th Floor Tower Tours: $20/person, 16+ only October 7th. Tour consists of groups of 15 at a time, leaving every half hour from 10am-2:30pm. Must be able to climb stairs, sorry no wheelchair access available. Reservations strongly recommended.

| Join Beyond Ghosts for an exclusive ghost hunt of the Buffalo Central Terminal! Bring your investigation equipment, flashlights, and comfortable shoes for a journey in to some of the Terminal’s dark hallways not normally accessed during regular events. We will have access to popular haunted areas like the baggage claim area, main concourse, Fedele’s Apartment, the Trolley Lobby below the main concourse, and other locations. Get your tickets now and get ready to experience the Terminal as you never have before! | Hollywood horror is coming to Buffalo in the biggest Convention of it’s kind to be held in Western New York, and at one of Buffalo’s most popular haunted landmarks! Join us on Saturday, May 26th at Noon for a day long convention of all things horror, paranormal, and beyond! Scheduled to appear at the Convention is Tyler Mane (Michael Myers from Rob Zombie’s Halloween, Sabretooth from blockbuster movie X-Men), Leah Gibson (Nettie from Twilight: Eclipse, and The Watchmen), James Winburn (Michael Myers stuntman from original Halloween, David Hasselhoff stunt double in Knight Rider), Lloyd Kaufman (Troma Films), Suzi Lorraine (Rated top 5 horror scream queen), Brian Cano (SyFy Channel’s Haunted Collector), Jane Riley (Ghost Hunters Academy), Rosalyn Bown (Ghost Hunters Academy), Karyn Reece (popular Psychic Medium), and many more. Over 20 guests in all will be appearing for a meet & greet! Also making a special appearance is the cult icon Christine car from the movie Christine, and KITT from the popular TV series Knight Rider!This day long convention will also include a huge vendor floor on the main concourse that will have a wide variety of merchandise available from haunted artwork, to t-shirts, and more! The vendor floor will also have some of the areas best paranormal groups sharing with you some of the best evidence captured in America’s most haunted locations!
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and listen to some of our celebrity guests and paranormal experts that will be appearing in our lecture room. Some of the panels scheduled to take place are “Being Michael Myers” with Tyler Mane and James Winburn, “Scream Queens” Panel, Q&A with Lloyd Kaufman, ” Being a Ghost Hunters Academy recruit” panel, “Running SCARED! and the Haunted Collector” with Brian Cano and Chris Mancuso, and many more! Many of the movies we are screening like Slime City Massacre by Greg Lamberson were filmed right at the Buffalo Central Terminal! | Have you ever wanted to investigate the Central Terminal privately with your paranormal group? Here is your best opportunity to do so at our private VIP ghost hunt. This ghost hunt is limited to only 30 tickets and you will have the freedom to investigate without being forced to move with a group from area to area. And with only 30 tickets available in a building 500,000 square feet in size, you will be investigating with very limited interference from other people. You will have access to the main concourse, baggage area, cafeteria, trolley lobby, 1st office floor, 2nd office floor, Fedele’s apartment, train control room, and the 4th tower floor. This night is for serious investigators only! We expect all participants to be courteous and quiet for the investigation. You will be able to bring paranormal investigating equipment as long as you are able to carry it with you. Also scheduled to participate in the VIP Ghost Hunt is Paranormal and Horror celebrities like Tyler Mane, Brian Cano, Chris Mancuso, Jane Riley, Rosalyn Bown, Tim Shaw, John Sabol, and many more. | Candlelight Tours | Sunday, May 27th | 8pm-1am |
| Back by popular demand are the Haunted Candlelight Tours of the Central Terminal. Take a tour like you never have before, deep into the dark hallways of the Buffalo Central Terminal! Hear all the ghost stories associated with the different areas of the Central Terminal like in the baggage area, and Fedele’s Apartment! We take you throughout the Concourse, down in the Trolley Lobby, and up in to the office floors where you may possibly have your own paranormal experience! You will also be able to here some of the evidence captured in the exact location paranormal activity took place! Time permitting, we may even be able to conduct our own mini-investigation to see if we can get any proof of spirit activity. Make sure to wear comfortable closed toe sneakers and also bring a flashlight. These popular tours sold out immediately when we first held them last fall and we expect them to fill up fast again. Tours last about an hour long and leave every half hour. Group sizes and tickets are limited for the tour, and reservations are a must. | Deco-Fest is back to celebrate the Swing & Style of the Central Terminal! Come out to the Central Terminal on June 16th to experience the Terminal the way it was meant to be experienced. The 1929 art-deco masterpiece is the perfect back drop for the sights and sounds of an era gone by when swing bands were king and vintage pin-ups like Bettie Page were popular! Join us to re-live that era with a double headlining night full of music and swing dancing. Coming straight from the “Big Apple” is the swing sensation from NYC, Double Down. They will keep the dance floor busy with all of their catchy original numbers and covers of some of the classics! Also appearing as a dual headlining act all the way from New Jersey is the jump blues – swing band, The Gas House Gorillas. The Gorillas really bring it with their high energetic live show that will leave you in a trance. The live music does not stop there as we keep the bands coming with Krypton 88 from Rochester, The Millwinders from Toronto, Buffalo’s own Kickstart Rumble, and the Vignettes from Barker, NY.This unique evening will also feature swing dance lessons and dance demos from Chuck Chazz and the Next Generation Swing, and Swing Buffalo. Both groups will teach you the basics and also show you how it’s done as the concourse floor becomes the biggest dance floor in all of Buffalo! You won’t want to miss it.
The doors open at 4pm and the party does not stop until late in the evening. Make sure to stop out on June 16th and experience what everyone was talking about from last year’s Deco-Fest!
