The Empire State Building, the White House, the Eiffel Tower . . . they’ve all had their turn in the movies. It’s about time, then, that Buffalo’s Central Terminal got its rightful piece of the cinematic pie. Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center, Buffalo native Lizzie Finnegan will debut “Platform,” a movie filmed entirely in the historic Art Deco edifice. “Platform” is described as the story of four travelers who arrive on a deserted railway platform too late to catch their train and how they fill their time. This sounds like fun! Next, we’d like to see Finnegan glorify the old Memorial Auditorium.
