Heather N. Grimmer named Chief Operating Officer

The Central Terminal Restoration Corporation (CTRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather N. Grimmer to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Her responsibilities will include the managing the organization and ongoing oversight for the daily business activity of the CTRC.
