This was our third year going to the Oktoberfest at the Buffalo Central Terminal and may I say it was far yet the best year ever. You guys really had your act together and it showed. Loved the new set up of the tables and that you added more tables, loved all the new food, beer, wine and spiked iced tea and the little faurlines helping out was a nice touch. I would like to add a little feedback though. I dont mind paying $10 admission to the festival cause the money is going to such a good cause. But, everyone I talked to agreed that $4 a ticket was high for beverages and the food prices were also high. Yes, the food and beer sold really well, but I think you would have made just as much on it if the prices were say a dollar a ticket cheaper. I know our table didnt buy the food because of the prices and held back on drinking more because of that. Also, this is Buffalo…you need Pepsi products for those who dont drink alcohol. One more thing, loved that you had the beverages on both sides of the building you should do that with the food next year also so that the food line isnt so long. All in all GREAT PARTY

Moving the bandstand from the west concourse to in front of the waiting room was a good idea. It allowed for a better view of the band and the people dancing. (Just like on Dyngus Day.) Something to consider for next year: if it is possible to open up the restaraunt area and expand the food concessions into there, like as with Dyngus Day, it might relieve some of the congestion and the long food line in the early hours. Or, like Michelle says, to serve food in the ticket window area also (at least early on) as well as in front of the trolley lobby entrance where it was. It was a great, show and I hope everyone there had a good time. I know I did!
