Also Tobe, lots of the stuff you mentioned is very cool but, very costly. It would cost thousands of dollars just to do what you mentioned but, you never know what might happen in the future though. It would be nice to have a few more clean up/restoration days now that the CTRC is on more solid footing with its revenue and events.
