This is the Lindner Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany. I think there’s more than just a bit of Central Terminal in that design, don’t you think? :)

    I’ve tried to find the architect’s name, but haven’t as yet. It was built in 2001.

    Woa, when i first saw the pic, i thought i was seein a computer design of what the terminal would look like on the water. caught me completely off guard!
